Caron is from Australia. but after 10 years of Northshore experience she is considered a local. Karan shortboards, Longboards and loves the challenge of Hawaii's big waves. She enjoys competing as a longboarder and was the 2001 Haleiwa International Champion. Caron's strong style stood out in the solid 6 ft. surf. Her goals include winning the world longboard tour. When Caron isn't surfing or working with ASP Hawaii she works as a commercial fisherman
